Having lead, consulted, and coached both individuals and teams in a variety of contexts, I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and emotional intelligence to my work.
Experience
Over the course of my career I have specialized in end-to-end project delivery and organizational transformation across complex enterprise environments and diverse industries, with roles in both private industry and the public sector. While I currently focus on process and performance improvement and helping organizations achieve their strategic goals, I draw from over two decades of learning first-hand how teams function and use technology.
Extensive experience performing hands-on configuration and deployment of servers, systems, and network infrastructure and managed IT operations both regionally in the DMV as well as nationally across the United States.
A decade of experience managing concurrent complex and sensitive security integration projects for federal agencies, critical state infrastructure programs, and major universities.
Have been embedded at a federal health agency as an expert consultant providing guidance and best practices in the management of contractors and software development teams.
Led the development, implementation, and maintenance of a wide array of systems and solutions, such as financial systems, document management repositories, program governance and risk management solutions, and AI automation systems.


Approach
I've spent 25+ years in the trenches with project teams—leading system installations in live facilities where downtime wasn't an option, and managing IT projects where requirements changed almost daily. I've experienced firsthand the communication breakdowns, scope battles, and team dynamics issues that derail even the best planned projects.
Now I help teams fix what's really broken. Combining my technical and business expertise with my training and background in holistic wellness coaching, I bring a unique perspective to team performance. I understand that struggling teams aren't just dealing with process problems—they're often burned out, operating in fear-based cultures, or stuck in unhealthy patterns that drain energy and motivation.
I work with both teams and individual team members to build sustainable high performance, addressing not just what you do but how you work together and the toll that broken processes take on people.
